Branka Maric
Branka Marić, born in 1944 in Kragujevac, completed her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade. She worked in art colonies in Počitelj, Sopoćani, Lipovac, and Aranđelovac, and taught history of art and drawing at the Higher Polytechnic School.
She held numerous solo exhibitions and participated in over 400 group exhibitions in Serbia and internationally.
Marić was awarded the Golden Statue by the Association of Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories Designers of Yugoslavia for her leather creation for KTK "Zaječar."
